At Ollins Orthodontics, our favorite part of our job is getting to know you–our patients! There are a few different roles that our staff cover in our Nutley office. Of course, the Doctors, but we also work with patient care coordinators, clinical assistants, and financial coordinators who help keep things running smoothly. Whether they work in the office and business side of things or in the clinical care side, we absolutely love our team and are so thankful to have them! We know you are going to love them, too.
Meet Dr. Ollins and Dr. Ollins!
First things first, let’s take a minute to know Dr. Bruce and Dr. Gabriel Ollins! This father-and-son team has been offering orthodontic services in New Jersey for many years, and they absolutely love it. Dr. Bruce says that he feels just as excited to see his patients today as he did on his first day on the job! Dr. Gabriel followed in his dad’s footsteps, and together, they enjoy helping their patients craft the smile of their dreams.
Both doctors have gone through dental school orthodontics specialization and are board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. They share a passion for technology and enjoy researching and adding new technology to the practice to support patient care. They love spending time with their family, which is just one of the many reasons they enjoy working together!

Here is a quick rundown of each role that our team plays in our office:
Patient Care Coordinators
These are the people you will meet first thing at each appointment! They work at the desk and are typically speaking to patients and families, scheduling appointments, and managing the flow of patients in and out of the office all day long! It takes an incredibly organized brain to handle this job, but they are fantastic at it! At the end of the day, they keep the wheel of our office turning, and we are so grateful for the skills they bring to the office. Stop and say hey the next time you are in the office, and say thanks for helping to make your visits so stress-free and pleasant!
Clinical Assistants
These folks are the ones who provide so much of the manpower for the clinical treatments. Their main priority is to help prepare patients for their visit with the doctor and wrap up any tasks after their time with the doctor, too! They are the doctor’s right hands for all clinical work, and Dr. and Dr. Ollins wouldn’t be able to get much done without their expertise!
Financial Coordinator
The final piece to this office puzzle is our finance coordinator, who ensures that the billing and payments part of orthodontic care is efficiently managed. This is who you will talk to before your treatment starts to develop your payment plan and financing. If you need to file an insurance claim, you will work with them, too! Money can sometimes feel stressful, so we are so grateful to have them on staff to work with you personally and make the money issues easier to handle!
